Founding of the Village
Konohagakure was founded through the historic alliance between the Senju Clan and the Uchiha Clan, two of the most powerful clans of the Warring States Era. Their leaders sought to end the endless cycle of conflict that plagued the land by creating a unified shinobi settlement where clans could live and work together.
This settlement became known as Konohagakure — the Village Hidden in the Leaves.
Rise of the Hokage System
To maintain order and leadership within the new village, the position of Hokage was established. The Hokage would act as both the military leader and protector of the village.
The early Hokage laid the foundation for the village's political structure, ninja academy system, and mission-based economy that allowed Konohagakure to flourish.
