GLOBAL RULES
NETWORK-WIDE COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Global Rules apply across every Lucid platform, including the website, Discord servers, and all in-game environments. These rules define the baseline behavior expected from every member of the community and exist to maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. Community Conduct Respectful Communication Lucid encourages open discussion and freedom of expression; however, repeated verbal or written abuse directed at another member of the community is considered harassment. This includes persistent insults, offensive slurs, or behavior intended to cause discomfort. False accusations against other players are also treated as harassment. Spam & Disruptive Messaging Spamming messages, images, or repeated content is not permitted on any Lucid platform. This includes Discord channels, in-game chats, forums, or other communication systems. Impersonation & Misrepresentation Members may not impersonate other players, staff members, or community figures. Any deceptive behavior intended to misrepresent the words, actions, or identity of another individual is strictly prohibited. Fair Play & Platform Integrity Cheating & Exploiting Modifying the game client or abusing unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. This includes hacking, scripting, exploiting bugs, or any external tools designed to manipulate gameplay. Server Attacks Attempting to harm the network infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Any involvement in actions such as DDoS attacks, attempts to crash servers, or other malicious technical activity will result in permanent removal from the community. Ban Evasion Players may not attempt to bypass punishments. Using alternate accounts, VPN services, or another person’s account to circumvent a ban will result in additional penalties. Community Security Privacy Protection Sharing or threatening to release the personal information of another community member without their consent is strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule will result in permanent suspension. Fraud & Chargebacks Any form of donation fraud, including unauthorized payment chargebacks, will result in immediate and permanent removal from the community. All donations are considered final. Community Integrity External Advertising Advertising or promoting competing communities is not permitted. Casual discussion of other communities may be allowed in moderation, provided it does not disrupt or undermine the Lucid network. Faction Discord Ownership If an official Discord server is created for a team, organization, or faction operating within Lucid, ownership of that server must be transferred to the network owner to ensure administrative oversight and long-term stability. Collective Boycotts & Unions Players may suggest improvements or propose changes to the server. However, organized groups attempting to pressure the administration through boycotts, threats, or union-like behavior are not permitted. Roleplay Standards Erotic Roleplay (ERP) Erotic or sexually explicit roleplay is not allowed on any Lucid platform. Violations of this rule may result in severe penalties, including permanent bans. Excessively Controversial Roleplay Roleplay that intentionally portrays real-world ethnicities, cultures, or groups in degrading or offensive caricatures is not permitted. Protection of Roleplay Documentation Official documents, records, and administrative resources that support the roleplay environment may not be deleted, destroyed, or manipulated without authorization. This includes documentation created for organizations or assets managed by Global Administration. Reporting Major Violations Players who are aware of serious rule violations such as cheating, doxxing, or major global rule breaches are expected to report them. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
